Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy for our UK customers.
Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted for orders placed within the UK.
- You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us using the online form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with address to return the package to.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, along with printout of your order details.
- Ship the package back to us using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Faulty Items:

Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
